Key Responsibilities :

(a) Monitoring process using Statistical Process Control (S.P.C) method, online Process monitoring chart, plotting & analysis of Control chart and Capability Indices (Cp,Cpk) trend charts for process evaluation and improvement.

(b) Conducting Measurement System Analysis (M.S.A) of gauges as per ISO/TS-16949:2009 Standard.

(c) Review calibration status of all measuring instruments on daily basis by using gauge track & add extra instruments or gauges as per requirement.

(d) Documentation & implementation of ISO/TS-16949:2009.

(e) To Monitor the Line Audit activities. Calculate monthly FT OK % Of Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head & Crankshaft line Deliver monthly rejection summery to Management.

(f) Conducting layout inspection as per PPAP requirement.

(g) Analysis of field return parts & line issues parts.

(h) Make Control Plans as per Drawing & modified it with new revised Drawing.

(i) Review Control plans as per new requirements like internal or customer complaint.

(j) Intimation to supplier & Sourcing dept. regarding incoming Product Quality & follow up for CAPA from Supplier.

(k) Monitoring and effectiveness of action plan received from suppliers for the defective Components.

(l) Conduct Supplier Quality meeting & MOM with senior management of suppliers for Quality Improvements.
