Marketing: In first year, I rebranded, renamed, and cast the vision of the WinSouth Credit Union brand. Developed and implemented all marketing strategy for the credit union as well as our CUSO, WinSouth Financial Services. Gathered market data, demographics, and measured the performance of all marketing initiatives. Responsible for the execution of all annual and seasonal promotions throughout every channel such as online applications, social media outlets, and community media venues. In charge of all direction and oversight of product design and development; conducted strict brand consistency internally as well as within the community; achieved a broad array of successful growth initiatives for membership and lending as well as nationally recognized social media outlets. Continually driving awareness and growth to meet overall business objectives set forth by management. Responsible for all website content and continual evolvement of website as the economic needs changed for our members.

Communications: Developed and implemented Branch Managers monthly meeting to ensure consistency of Credit Union message and promotions for coming month. Staff meetings ensued next day, to ensure consistency amongst all employees; oversee design of newsletter and Epublication, as well as implementation and management of text and email blasts. Designed and implemented Mobile friendly design of website, with added alert feature for fraud alerts, emergency closings, etc. Conceptualized, organized and executed many various Community Events throughout the year incorporating staff involvement and fostering a spirit of community in all events. Was liaison and product manager for: Mobile Apps, Online Banking, Live Chat, Electronic Switch Kits, as well as online applications for membership and lending. Assisted Business Lending CUSO and financial counselor in business visits. Helped organize, design, and lead Employee Enrichment days at SEGs to educate employees about our products and services. Oversaw the running of seven elementary school in-house Branches led by students each year. Implemented a High School reality fair program, Mad City Money, in 2015 which served over 1400 students, teaching them money basics and the benefits of Credit Unions in a fun and interactive way.

Accomplishments as Director of Kids Korner: Managed, hired, and continually trained over 25 employees; set annual budgets; managed payroll; brought program up to code with AL state law and successfully brought program account out of a $25,000 deficit in a year and a half; began new computer lab for classes; implemented and led continuing education opportunities for staff as well as in house trainings; marketing and fundraising; began annual Scholastic book fairs.

Accomplishments as Director of Children’s Ministries: Work with large and supportive 1200+ member congregation to build successful ministry to children.
