Director of Operations, Engineering and EO
Lead an organization that employs over 500 people and produces over 1 million specialty electronic components per month from 26 different family of products ranging from 16,000pcs/day to 1 pc/month
Manage multiple projects by efficiently multitasking and maintaining time, cost, and quality
Collaborate with customers and vendors to eliminate inventory, nonconforming materials and specifications to reduce errors
Execute new employee program to train in basic operations, skills proficiencies, and EHS & S practices
Implemented process improvements and labor reductions and attaining higher standards than Mexican and U.S. laws, Mexican and U.S. regulations, and the Mexican labor union
