? Implementation of companywide restructuring with participation in the 7s group.

? Recruit, interview and direct hire all administration personnel. Hire 10 new administration personnel in 2 months.

? Champion of I-9; Conduct and director companywide audit and implement new automated electronic I-9s with E-verify. Work with ICE (Immigration & Customers Enforcement) on plant audits.
