Served as Assistant Director responsible for managing the System Network (LAN/WAN)
and Database applications. Also served as Network Analyst and Administrative Assistant
to the Director, tracking, preparing and storing all Administrative Documents, scheduling
meetings, arranging travels, perform procurement and purchases etc. I serve as liaison
between my department and administration while also supervising five (5) computer
technicians. I also served as Administrative Representative for the Institution while
interacting with vendors and external collaborating partners. At one point in my task I
contacted Novafone, a local telecommunication company to provide internet service for
the university – the result is that the university now has internet service provided for the
use of the administration, faculty and students.

backup, and wrote program in visual basic to track inventory control system. Additionally
served as customer support technician supporting all departments with computer related
issues. Served During my latter years, as Service Delivery Supervisor, responsible to
configure telecommunications promotions, add new subscribers onto the
telecommunications network, monitor and maintain the servers that charged and billed
subscribers, and also produced numerous reports.

Served as warehouse supervisor handling task of controlling the warehouse for relief
food. Received the relief food from the sea port and directly transported them to the
warehouse for storage. I also distributed the food to various cneters where the food was
rationed to internally dispalced people and also inhabitants of the Margibi County during
the civil war in Liberia. I also conducted census periodically to make adjustments in
distributions of food rations. After every food distribution, I prepared various reports for
submission to the CRS administration.
