Managed all aspects of Project Management, these included, but were not limited to: Project Change and Control through Status, Risk Management, EV, CPI, SPI, etc. Assisting in generation of SOW, Project Planning, Initialization, Creation and management of Project Definition, Risk Management and Mitigation, Project Budget, Scope and Schedule with respect to the Triple Constraint, fully responsible for acquisition, allocation, and management of technical staff.

While functioning as Project Manager for Capital One Re-platforming Program, took over from other PM the Infrastructure portions of the program and brought under control and completed on-time and within budget constraints. This also involved setting up, and creating new DR system for new infrastructure.

Lead the Business Analysis effort between Capital One and HSBC for Domain Name Change and Separation, as part of the COF – HSBC Separation Master Plan.Took over the PMO aspects of the effort at Directors request to gather reports, assist PMs in issue resolution and present program status to upper management. Was also called upon to bring 3 projects back into time/budget constraints, did much of this by re-assigning resources to bug/defect resolution and insisting on meeting/conferences with affected clients/business owners.

Restarted effort to resolve DHCP interactions between HSBC – COF, this had stalled and was a much larger effort than originally believed by Director. Worked with counterpart at HSBC to complete analysis, reach out to business owners and resolve/end DNS interaction when necessary. Planned the AD Trust Termination Event, DNS Forwarding Termination Event and Firewall Lockdown to Follow.

Managed medium Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence efforts for GMLD, Nortel, Pratt and Whitney, Fort James, Metlife, involving Oracle, Cognos, DB2 to SAP, IMS DB/DC to SAP, OBIEE installs.

Managed and executed fixed price project upgrading Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence for Nortel; project completed within budget, ahead of schedule resulting in CSC awarded two additional fixed price upgrade projects stipulating a “no change in project manager clause”; both new awarded projects were delivered on time and under budget increasing earned value for division. this led to greater client satisfaction with delivered products and increased income for CSC

Project Manager

Established Command Center for the Windows XP/ Office 2003 to Windows 7/Office 2007 Desktop/Call Center Migration Effort, established call bridge for use by technicians, scheduled resources, units for migration and technical support for issues and assist on-site technicians with resolution of technical problems.

Completed and presented Daily Progress reports to upper management of planned and completed migrations, along with issues encountered and resolutions.

Stefanini - Capital One 05/2013 – 11/15/2013

Project Manager

Lead the Analysis effort between Capital One and HSBC for Domain Name Change and Separation, as part of the COF – HSBC Separation Master Plan. Interfaced with executives across both organizations and lead high level sessions for program plan and schedule development. Assisted in escalation and resolution of cross project issues. Monitored and analyzed DNS traffic between the Capital One and HSBC Networks. Worked closely with the DNS teams, Engineers and Applications Managers to generate and execute remediation plans to terminate the traffic prior to termination of the Firewall Forwarding Rules. Planned AD Trust Termination Event, DNS Forwarding Termination Event and Firewall Lockdown to follow.

Worked with Project Managers and Directors to generate and get approvals for invoices between Capital One and HSBC for work performed as a part of the Cards Separation. Validated the hours worked on projects and adjusted invoices where necessary, assisted Project Managers in generating Scoping and Sizing documents, validated their estimates and changes for new and existing projects.
