Responsibilities:

• Support The Board and Executive Committee in providing strategic direction based on knowledge of operating business issues and competitive country analysis.

• Accountable for providing total leadership in a unionized environment (PnL Sales $150 Million USD), direction, control and execution of ABC’s vision and Operational strategies in Mexico: 3 Plant Operation totaling 28000 sqm. Manufacturing footprint: (43) Blow molding machines, (36) Injection machines + a compounding line with a total workforce of approximately 1020 employees.

• Overseeing the management of Engineering and Launches, Purchasing/Logistics, Shipping and Customer Service, Quality, Human Resources, Infrastructure, IT and Financial Administration plus the integration of multi-site shared services to minimize duplication and efficiency.

• Building a sustainable management team and finding successor as General Manager to continue the future growth in Mexico.

• Supported Int’l Operations off-site and on-site in ABC Brazil and ABC German Operation with strategic and management decisions.

• Developed Launch Team Concept for ABC Mexico’s GM K2xx program launch. Now utilized for other major ABC program launches.

Key Milestones

• In 2009, stablization assignment at an ABC Cdn Operation (4 months) and ABC Kentucky (2 months) to recovery form critical operational losses and delivery challenges. Both operations implemented draft versions of ABC Production System.

• SWOT assessment in ABC Germany (Mar ’11) which lead to Plant Closure and start-up in ABC Poland.

• ABC Mexico Operation stabilization and expansion (Jan ’10 – October ‘12): Managed the growth of the Operation from $23 Million USD to $100 Million USD (FY13).

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations to meet customer requirements. Management of 4 Shift Managers and controlling direct labor costs, driving continuous improvements items through effective procedures and process development and implementation.

• Production scheduling of 13 Molding Presses (7 Injection & 6 Blow-Molding) and Paint-Line Operations, totaling 279 part numbers and various color iterations. Key Milestones

Responsibilities:

• General Management of 19 Blow-Molding Operation with a total of 265 Team Members

(including all salary and administrative staff).

• Full P&L responsibility (FY08), FY09 Budget preparation, CI objectives and 5 Year Organizational Strategy.

Key Milestones:

• Recovery from $870 000 USD loss per Period to profit of $50 000 USD per period at reassignment.

• Continual Improvement Projects totaling a savings of $430 000 in 5 months.
