Created two Platinum production line thru laboratory D.O.E experiments. Made and supported five product lines for over eight years. Proven trial study for product with coating processes. Proven trial run for direct packing for silver powder product for ( DuPont Corporation in white room).

Air Violations:

Chemical facility facing 2 million dollar fines for air environmental violations. Assigned to team for investigation and mitigation of deviations by performing audits of the program and recommending corrective actions. Recommended and oversaw automation of air scrubbers to reduce operator interaction and therefore eliminate environmental liability. Quickly brought facility into full compliance (zero fines in the next 5 years).

Awarded the Win from Within CEO award in 2008 for the accomplishment.

Filtration Studies:

Conducted pilot trials for precipitation and filtration of precious metals from wastewater. Identified the ideal filtration media for an inconsistent wastewater stream.

Improved filtration recovered expensive precious metal and maintained compliance with wastewater discharge regulations.

Improving Air Controls:

Using my engineering and research background, designed modifications to instrumentation for environmental control devices to prevent deviations. AutoCAD
