Service Manager - Remanufacturing Center/Resale – P&L Responsibility - Feb 2014 to Sept 2014. Managed Park City CAT industrial engine remanufacture facility and CAT used equipment refurbishment and resale facility. Lead introduction of Sales and Operation Planning process, implemented visual management system, trained managers in lean manufacturing concepts. Uncovered opportunity for 77% man-hour reduction on 6 cylinder engine utilizing lean methods.
