It is the vendor of choice for all global OEMs (FORD, NISSAN, MARUTHI, ASHOK LEYLAND, DAIMLER, VOLVO, MAHINDRA, TOYOTA, HONDA, FORCE, FIAT, TATA, BHARAT BENZ and GM) Engineer Trainee (Oct’13 – Oct’14) ; Engineer (Nov14 – Present):

Evaluating raw materials and other inputs to the production process and liaise with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that their products meet the organization's quality standards.

Raising Quality Product Report (QPR) to suppliers for Quality related issues.

Rating suppliers based on quality performance and work with suppliers on quality issues.

Evaluate the organization's manufacturing processes, systems, and technology and recommend changes that will improve the quality of the organization's finished products.

Maintain customer contacts by being proactive and reactive to all customer concerns for internal and external customers.

Submitting G8D report for Quality concerns raised by the customers.

Conducting Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode Effective Analysis (FMEA) studies.

Supporting senior engineer in Preparation of PPAP and APQP documents for new projects.

Participating in Internal Audits.

Educate and train quality assurance inspectors to ensure that they understand and comply with established quality procedures and standards.
