existing engagements, presales activities, responding in writing to customer requirements, Request for

Information/Proposal documents.

Pre-Sales

Provides product expertise in support of all sales cycle activities and answers to questions in a

Request for Information or a Request for proposal.

Product presentation/demonstration.

Knowledge in Production of Bill of materials and attach rate planning.

Knowledge sharing of latest industry trends in technology relating to our key plays with our sales

team, customers, prospects and partners.

Hands on experience on Salesforce.com implementation for Steelwedge.

Gathering end-to-end requirements from the Sales team and designing, installing, functional

Global Sales team.

Analyzing customer data, preparing prospects data like transaction data, forecast data,

Implementation

Responsible for implementation of S&OP solutions using the standard process starting with the

configuration of the client requirements to the deployment of the application.

user involvement in design and testing stages, implementation, testing and post-

implementation support phases in various projects.

Performing unit level and system level testing and preparing test cases for the same.

Single point of contact for user acceptance testing, go-live and train-the-trainer activities during

the implementations.

Worked closely with the functional team and client at onsite to design the enhancements and

implement them.

Responsible for fixing of bugs and implementing both technical and functional level change

requests by understanding clients expectations.

Support deployment /go-live and transition knowledge to the Maintenance team and business

opportunities and forecast, creating layouts, schedulers.
