Responsibilities:

Coordinate, and execute Quality Assurance and Control functions as per AS9100 to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, customer, and company requirements.

Schedule and conduct internal AUDITS on product, process and quality system.

Responsible in managing the Quality Assurance requirements on customer returned product including Condition of Supply and Maintenance Repair Orders.

Assist onsite customer in releasing EASA Form 1 and FAA 8130-3 on delivered parts.

Coordinating concessions activities for A-380, A-350 and A330 projects.

Maintains the return parts (under Part 145) database which details; the item number, the failure mode, the root cause, the repair, and the corrective actions and changes to our control mechanisms to reduce /prevent reoccurrence for Airbus A-380 FTF.

Interface with and assist the Quality Manager, Quality Engineers and Inspectors in establishing, implementing, and enforcing quality requirements for Assemblies, Components and Systems.

Work with Customers in regards to acceptance testing and deliverable requirements.

Review regulatory, customer, and company specifications to insure proper methods, instructions, and procedures are developed

Follow up with Supplier Quality Engineering to assure customer and company requirement flowdowns.

Initiate, monitor, review, approve or reject, assist with, and report on supplier, manufacturing, and engineering corrective actions.

Analysis of techniques necessary to support assessment of Reliability such as: risk assessments/resolution, manufacturing/process reliability and impact of changes to processes.

Generate the concession in Airbus SAP ECC 6.0

Responsible for First Article Inspection (FAI) and First Article Verification (FAV) requirements.

Creation of Acceptance test plan and inspection documents to ensure compliance with product, process and system requirements.

Conduct ongoing training for Quality inspectors to meet key performance level.

Coordinate and maintain win win relationship with customer onsite and offsite.

Daily and weekly reports and KPI’s for line Managers and concerned hierarchy.

Creating Q3 and Q6 depending upon the type of nonconformity.

Release part for standard repair with appropriate repair sheet.

Confirm after repair inspection.

Quality inspection in composite layup process.

Quality assurance check throughout the various stages of process.

Report the repeated deviation to quality Engineer and Manager.

Understand the deviation characteristics and decide the further inspection whenever necessary.

Active Participation in FAI parts.

Ensuring the use of calibrated equipment, machinery etc.
