I was in charge of the coordination of courses as well as delivering classes for high level students to sit for international exams (Cambridge, Anglia, and TOEFL). Being the head of all the teachers, it was one of my main responsibilities to keep up with latest strategies and material to be used in the classroom and also the latest trends in the teaching of English as a foreign language. I was also in charge of coordinating new processes of implementation for the new methodologies both inside and outside the classroom. As the head, I was used to meeting with parents to explain/ discuss our teaching methods and also to provide them with all the necessary information on our background as an institution and teachers, and our plans and intentions to follow with the children. Having adults as students as well, I frequently organized activities that would help them out in their learning process, such as different outings that would make them face real life situations at work and in foreign countries.
