PROJECT:

“CONVERSION OF TEXT IMAGE TO BRAILLE FORM USING

MATLAB”

DESCRIPTION:

Main aim of our project is to help the blind peoples to read computerized documents easily.So we designed an algorithm which converts text into a binary code which is transmitted to a Braille device.The received code is processed in Microcontroller and equivalent Braille will come in Braille system output device.This algorithm is used to read line by line.

Software used:Matlab

Presented a Poster in Nano Electronics for Cars in National level technical symposium held at Kumaraguru College of Technology,Coimbatore

Got First prize in the event Robohare conducted by Ultra Nova Electro-Communications of Sona college of Technology

Awarded Merit scholarship from Pricol Pvt Ltd for securing 93.6% during my Higher Secondary Course

Participated in the event Circuit Debugging and in the National Creativity Aptitude Test during the year 2014
