With broad autonomy, organizes and coordinates all activities associated with maintaining Halliburton equipment. Develops and implements programs to ensure equipment reliability and personnel safety. Drive start up effort at the facilities; therefore, participate in staffing effort, lead spare part procurement effort, lead maintenance training effort, identify /secure critical supply and service agreements, lead the maintenance group during checkout and commissioning of the facilities. etc.

• Manage the relationship with the maintenance staff and perform a regular assessment for their performance.
