MOTIVATION- This project was done with a view to have a holistic idea of motivation in manufacturing industry. We took manufacturing industry, private ownership, interviewed the managers, with a set questionnaire. Analyzed his qualities, stress handling ability, managing skills etc. and projected along with our theoretical knowledge to arrive at specific conclusion suggesting lacks and benefits.

GIC PROJECT- This project contained the various methods & techniques implemented by the shopkeepers during the various festive seasons of India according to the needs of the seasonal changes due to different festivals in India. In accordance to which customers or consumers also plan out their buying decisions accordingly matched with those tempting price schemes & discounting strategies laid by the shopkeepers.

IFRS DEPRECIATION- This project was done in accordance with the latest ifrs rules & regulations causing a changing effect in depreciation with that of accounting standards earlier used. Like we had AS before & now we have IND AS so what changes it has highlighted in terms of depreciation in India.

SERVICE ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE- Detailed description of each element of the services marketing mix for the assigned organization. Process blueprint (Process flow diagram) for service delivery. Description of the positioning strategy for the assigned organization. Profile of target customer population. Evaluation of competition.

LAUNCH SETUP OF CHOCOLATE PARLOR- total set up of a chocolate parlor from ground level maintaining its logistics, food products, man power, imc strategies, financial papers etc.

SOLAR ENERGY ENABLED BIO GAS CONVERTER- A solar cell operated inverter in replacement of electricity consumption towards nil percentage to a bio gas energy facilitated inverter when sunlight is low.

Achievements

Won interschool cricket tournament twice in 2003 and 2004.

Won runner’s up trophy for the best product in inter college product design competition for the solar energy enabled bio gas converter.

Got nomination for the best product design innovation solar energy bio gas converter at National Institute Of Technology.
