Logistics:

Coordinating with the Manufacturing Plant Team for smooth supply of materials.

Monitoring and controlling Truck Turnaround Time.

Implementation of Mix Modal Transportation system and implementing Milk Run for Less Loads.

Responsible for achieving 100% compliance in scheduled v/s dispatches.

Monitoring of Primary Damage and Processing of Insurance Claim.

Support design of strategies/plans and ensure their implementation for effective logistics and improve Region efficiency.

Responsible for Secondary freight cost reduction across the region.

Negotiate and control all Region Supply Chain Costs including Secondary Freight and CFA Cost.

Warehouse Management:

Controlling the Warehouses all over Central India for operating effectively within the budgeted cost.

Carrying & Forwarding Agent (C&FA) – Selection, Evaluation and Appointment

C&FA bills processing and approval to finance to issue the payments.

Undertaking effective control over Warehouse Management & System Audit Management through continuous visits to Warehouses as well as conducting audits.

Transit Damage / Short receipt, Insurance survey and settlement – Primary / Secondary

Implementing 5S at all warehouses in the region.

Scrap Disposal and detention control

Inventory Management. Ageing stock analysis & Physical Verification Report.

IT Skills And SAP Activity:

Well versed with Windows, MS Office & Internet Applications.

Working on SAP modules – Sales and Distribution (SD)

Rectification of errors in SAP.
