Northwest Florida Ballet Academie is specialized public school in partnership with the local school district. Okaloosa County School District provides the academic portion of each child’s compulsory education.

2004–2005 Program Assistant. Edvance, Inc., Austin, TX. I conducted research, analyzed usability and user data, evaluated organizational effectiveness, and conducted after action reviews. I was also responsible for analyzing and cross referencing the organization’s resources with state educational standards.

2001–2004 Program Assistant (as a Graduate Research Assistant). The Vaughn Gross Center for Reading and Language Arts at The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, TX. During the development, production, implementation, and promotion cycles of the Center’s first online professional development programs for teachers, I was responsible for multiple duties in every aspect of the life of the project. I administered requests for proposals, oversaw the bidding process, selected vendors, and maintained communications with those vendors. I led the promotions department and supervised production and fulfillment of the physical products (CD ROMs). Because of the extent of my involvement in the program, I followed the project when it was outsourced to Edvance, Inc. See above.

2000–2001 Dean of Students. Long Island City High School, Long Island City, NY. I coordinated communications among the principal, assistant principal of security, teachers, police, parents, students, and the community at large. 1999–2001 Mathematics Teacher, Sequentials I, II, and III.
