Safety System Lead for the shift for five years, holding a 6D tool safety certification for ISO compliant 300mm manufacturing. Promoted from a role as Defect Metrology Engineering Tech for Quality Analysis Yield department, certified for all production manufacturing technician positions within the Etch, Litho, Thin Films Adhesion Deposition, and final packaging for 200mm processes.

Implemented lean programs with small rapid improvement systems for Litho manufacturing, as well as implant technologies.

Rolled out numerous operational changes to provide lean manufacturing design process improvement and production goals, increasing production capacity and continuous improvement throughout factories.
