As the assistant office manager, handles all deceased coming in to funeral home and inputs the information of deceased in the Registering Oklahoma Vital Event Records and At-Needs. Prepares permits for cremations, answer phones, designs the register books for families. Takes payments in person and over the phone. Coordinate and find best pricing and solutions for improvements in the work place and building.
