PETROLEUM – OIL, GAS, LNG & PIPELINE

Senior Project Manager - 1 MM gpd LNG production project for export including FERC permitting, process selection, design and construction planning. Project included cryogenic storage tank and dock with LNG ship loading facility.

Senior Project Manager - 100 K gpd LNG production plant for power peak shaving and truck loading system for ship bunkering including permitting, design and construction planning.

Project Design Manager and Construction Engineering Coordinator – Ras Shukier (Egypt) 240 ton LPG and 80 mmcfd new gas gathering and processing plant. Project TIC $275M

Project Engineering Manager and Construction Engineering Coordinator (Plant Power and Control Systems) - Chevron Pascagoula refinery. Project added new Coker and RSD units, and expanded Alkylation and Hydrogen production, and expanded offshore loading facility. Responsible for power, environmental and control systems. Project TIC $1.3 Billion. Craft force 600.

Construction Coordinator – 250 mile Florida Gas Transmission system construction coordination with Florida DOT projects in Southwest Florida. TIC $125M.

PETROLEUM – OIL, GAS, LNG & PIPELINE – continued

Site Manager (Engineering) – lead 70 person engineering team designing over 200 refinery projects per year including turnaround, maintenance, small and mid-cap with TIC over $125 million per year.

Project engineer (construction) – Trans-Alaska pipeline. On team for construction controls and performance monitoring on 48 inch, 808 mile oil pipeline with 12 lift stations. Assisted in developing control systems unique to this pipeline. Project TIC $8.2 billion.

Construction Manager – 125 mile oil collection system for ARAMCO to support primary production in Udhailiyah, Saudi Arabia. TIC $50M. Managed craft force of 150.

Project Manager – Alberta Oil Sands – design, fabricate, transport and install package units for upgrades and additions in oil sands production units. TIC $75 mil POWER, ENERGY, UTILITIES, TRANSMISSION & DISTRIBUTION

Construction Manager - Solar PV projects for US Navy. Responsibilities include full construction management of multiple projects simultaneously executed, sub-contractor scheduling and management, materials received quantity and specification verification, sub-contractor pay application review, client relations, Quality Control management, Site Safety and Health Officer.

Manager Technical Services – Florida High Speed Rail / Global Rail Consortium - manage design for electrical service, HSR catenary system, and distribution including 3 substations to 30 % design for proposed 90 mile High Speed Rail system. Planned TIC $2.3 Billion

Project Design Manager and Construction Engineering Coordinator – Ras Shukier (Egypt) gas processing plant including 100 km transmission line, substations and all plant electrical service for 240 ton LPG and 80 mmcfd gas facility. Project TIC $275 M

Construction Project Manager – convert electric distribution service from overhead to underground for 4000 homes and businesses in north Dammam, Saudi Arabia including 2 substations for an ARAMCO funded project. TIC $55M. Managed craft force of 300

Construction Director – relocate 26 miles 230 kV transmission line under utility agreement with TECO for FDOT widening of I-4 in Hillsborough and Polk Counties, Florida. TIC $20M. Craft work force 75.

Project Engineering Manager and Construction Engineering Coordinator (Plant Power and Control Group) – Chevron Pascagoula refinery – Expand existing substation and provide power and control systems for all units in major refinery expansion. TIC $1.3 Billion. Craft force 600

Construction Project Manager – electrical upgrades at ARAMCO Ras Al-Khair gas separation plant including expanding sub-station and updating electrical system throughout plant. TIC $75M. Managed craft force of 200.

Construction Director – relocate 25 miles of transmission and distribution system for widening of US 41 in Sarasota County for Florida FDOT. Comprised of 6 projects with TIC $75M. Craft force 350.

Construction Director – relocate 3 miles 230kV transmission line for expansion of new Expressway for THCEA. Part of $425M expressway project

ENVIRONMENTAL & INFRASTRUCTURE -

Project Manager – production plant restoration following major fire. Managing engineering and construction of restoration of major process units including Furnace, control systems and aluminum casting units.

Construction Director – 8 mile elevated post-tensioned box girder structure and 30 lane miles of access roadway for reverse lane system on Tampa Expressway. Project doubled Expressway capacity with minimal additional right-of-way. TIC $425M. Craft and Professional force of 350.

Construction Engineer (Aviation) – new maintenance hangar at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia airport for ARAMCO 42 plane fleet. TIC $25M. Managed craft force of 75

Construction Engineer (Aviation) – upgrade helicopter refueling systems at 7 locations in Eastern Saudi Arabia for ARAMCO. TIC $4M. Managed craft force of 30.

Construction Engineer (Aviation) – construct new helicopter landing facilities at 5 locations in Eastern Saudi Arabia for ARAMCO. TIC $11M. Managed craft force of 70.

Construction Director – Ringling Bridge – Design / Build project to construct new 6 lane signature post-tensioned box girder bridge in Sarasota County Florida for FDOT. TIC $55M

Manager Technical Services – Florida High Speed Rail for Global Rail Consortium - manage design to 30 % for proposed 90 mile High Speed Rail system including all alignment, 5 passenger stations, maintenance facility, electrical service, HSR catenary system and distribution including 3 substations. Managed design team comprised of 27 International companies. Public / Private Partnership with Florida DOT. Proposed TIC $2.3 billion.

Design and Construction Engineering Support Manager– widen 25 miles of Interstate 4 from 4 to 6 lanes in Hillsborough County Florida with 42 ft median to accommodate future HOV / Train for FDOT. Project included replacement of 20 major interchange structures, raising 7 miles of flood- prone Interstate roadway, utility relocations, major drainage improvement and all permits. TIC

$175M. Design force 125. Craft labor 850.

Construction Director – widen 5 miles of I-4 in Polk County including interchange with new Polk Parkway. Project built in 14 months instead of 42 month norm and included concrete and asphalt roadway, 7 major structures, and service road realignment. TIC $45M. Craft force 300.

Project Manager – Tampa Interstate Study for expansion of 20 miles of urban Interstate for FDOT. Project included 3 new interchanges and replacement of I-4 / I-275 interchange. TIC $2.1 billion

Project Design and Construction Support Engineer – Howard Frankland (I-275) bridge capacity improvement including construction of new 4 lane, 5 mile AASHTO bridge and widen causeway, and conversion of existing 2 mile, 4 lane 2 way structure with center barrier to 4 lane one way. TIC

2012 – (1) Site manager leading 70 person engineering team designing over 200 refinery projects per year including turnaround, maintenance, small and mid-cap with TIC over $125 million. (2) Responsible for design and construction of 180 ton melting furnaces in aluminum plant after fire destroyed building and operating equipment.
