Title: 3-Stage Steam Silencer Desing and CFD Analysis via ANSYS

Supervised By: Mr. Rizwan Haral

Description: The main objective of this project is to reduce the sound level, while dropping pressure in three stages. The silencer working principle is to reduce the outlet pressure which causes disturbances in sound waves due to which sound is produced. In all stages of pressure drop, velocity should not be high so that it cross the sound barrier in that medium, which will make sound level more high rather than reducing. After designing all the results are validate using CFD analysis software tool ANSYS.
