Borg Warner Automotive 1995-2000

Quality Specialist Frankfort & Bellwood, IL

Hired in Frankfort to relocate a complete department manufacturing transmission bands for Ford, GM, Chrysler and aftermarket from the Bellwood plant. Projected time span was three months, however it took one year to complete process. Once completed, that department became the most profitable department in Frankfort. Other responsibilities included learning and reprograming the heat treat robot as well as various other equipment.
