.Dealing with all emergency situation, I have a good experience in dealing with operation up-set referring to the huge problems that occurred in Iraq .

6- expert in DCS and PLC controlling system ( 9.5 years ) monitoring all the parameters of the process and keep it in design, and keeping the product at its specification by following API standard .

7- Responsible for all initial and normal start-up unit operation +normal shut-dawn . loading and unloading of HF fresh acid .

Loading and unloading of reactor fixed bed catalyst, team leader for commissioning and pre commissioning of all plant activities .sign all work permit for maintenance and follow on –going jobs and checking all equipment all the time, checking all process parameters to run the units in safe and economical status

8- good knowledge in HSE due to my responsibility in HF unit ( one of must dangers acid used in industry ),and many hazardous material that I deal with it every day .Responsible for all safety arrangement during maintenance and emergency operation .

9-Treating all hazardous materials, before split the materials to the refinery.

10- Follow-up all maintenance happened in the unit and issued all maintenance permit .

11- participate in implementation of DeFine Unit ( hydrogenation of Di Olefin to mon-Olefin) in our plant from construction to commissioning .

12- HOT OIL / steam regenerator unit for providing the complex with Hot oil media + providing Medium P Steam at 17 Bar,250 C.

13-ARADET : A big complex of petroleum products I am responsible for PACOL & HF-ALKYLATION units consist of 6 distillation columns ( 2 of them are vacuum dist.,at 1&5 KPA ) +reciprocating compressor +2 Heaters and other facilities, PACOL UOP UNIT is dehydrogenation of normal paraffin to N-olefin mean it’s a normal dehydrogenation unit .

13- Improve and modulate piping requirement in LAB Complex .

14- I have the ability to work laboratory,because I know the oil processes
