Accounts Receivable:

-Balance lockbox account daily.

-Prepare, enter and record A/R general ledger entries.

-Review statements and gather information for payment processing.

-Vendor aging, collections invoices and other inquiries.

Accounts Payable:

-Invoice payment processing via data files.

-Audit electronic and manual travel/business expense reimbursements over $2,000.00 ensuring compliance.

-Answer internal customer service calls related to business expenses.

-Daily review of disbursement requests for 25 business units.

-Research AP on Demand Technology invoices and resolve issues.

-Processing invoices that do not require a purchase order.

-Review and post purchase orders utilizing SAP accounting software.

-Invoice entry into SAP software and research vendor history files for miss-postings.

-Review payable statements and gather payment information for processing.

-Enter new and update customer /vendor accounts.

-Download and prepare various financial reports.

-Prepare and post payable entries to general ledgers.

-Petty cash, disbursing reimbursements and balancing.

Billing:

-Maintain building lease database and process monthly customer invoices.

-Update database for new and terminated leases.

-Maintain Process invoices for over 1500 leases

-Preparation of client invoices and transmittal of same.

Payroll/Payroll Tax:

-Gross-to-Net balancing.

-Monthly payroll processing using ADP payroll software.

-Upload various benefit deductions, rate increases and bonuses.

-Create and format various reports for HR and Benefits.

-Balance and prepare all corresponding deduction schedules and transmittal of same.

-Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns for miscellaneous local taxing jurisdictions.

-Reconciling payroll to vendor benefit reports and processing of vendor invoices.

-Data entry and maintenance of ADP/HRB payroll and benefits information.

-Prepare monthly tax filings for various state agricultural department taxes

-Monthly payroll processing using ADP payroll software.

-Balance and prepare all annual tax returns for miscellaneous local taxing jurisdictions.

Human Resources:

-Organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

-W4 entries, federal, state and local tax blocks and overrides.

-New Hire set up and processing

-Direct Deposit set ups, corrections, wires and reversals.

-Employee pro-rated first pays, vacation pay outs and terminations.

General Ledger

-Preparation of miscellaneous financial reports.

-Monthly bank reconciliations; general ledger reconciliations and journal entry drafts for Controller’s review.

-Various clerical accounting-related activities maintaining excellent organizational skills.
