JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Work at philosophy of Quality and solve the problems.

Prepare long term action plan for quality up-gradation in line with quality policy of the company.

To eliminate/minimize the quality problems by checking parameters of process check sheet.

Manpower planning & handling.

Responsible for inspection as per sampling plan in Incoming & Outgoing Department.

Maintain the records related to Quality.

Analyze the In-house & Customer complaints and give action report.

Improvement at shop floor through Kaizen, Poka-Yoke etc. & implement 4M & 5S at shop Floor.

Inspection of sample at every stage & continuously working towards Development circle.

Responsible for In-process sample production & supply of OK Samples to the customers.

Quality improvement at in process through Root Cause analysis study.

Satisfy the Customer through improvement in already existing methods.

Work at M.S.A., Layout Inspection, etc.

Minimize the in process rejection and rework by using Quality Techniques.

Planning and conducting Process and Product Audit.

Submitting Quality PPAP documents of auto component to the customer.
