2014-2015- (Fras-Le) Production Supervisor

-Coordinates the activities of direct and indirect employees to meet safety/environmental, quality, delivery, and cost with special emphasis in maximizing utilization of both employees and equipment.

2013-2014 – (Big Lots Distribution Center) – Shipping Supervisor

-Manages the department shift activities within the distribution center in accordance with company policies and procedures.

-Responsible for interviewing, hiring and supervisor of Material Handlers, Ticketers, and DC clericals; provide evaluative feedback to all direct reports.

-Plans, organize and distribute work assignments to associates so that financial goals are met or exceeded; monitors completion of job assignments.

-Prepares and conducts performance appraisals for Material Handlers, Ticketers, and DC clericals

-Reviews and approves day-to-day departmental operations, people and project assignments.

-Supervise, coordinates, provides leadership, develops and reviews the work of assigned
