Electro chemical Machining (oct-2013)

ECM is a Non-Traditional Machining process belonging to electrochemical processes.,

ECM can be thought of a control anodic dissolution at atomic level of the work piece i.e. electrically conductive by a shaped tool due to flow of high current at relatively low potential difference through an electrolyte.
