Data Encoder/ Office Staff: December 2013- February 2015, CRX Inc.

Responsibilities includes: keep and ensures accurate data encoded in the system to avoid costumer complains.

Prepare data to be encoded in the system.

Keep records or files of the encoded data for inventory purposes.

Prepares receipts and waybills.

Ensures that the ordered items will be delivered on the estimated time of arrival to the costumer.

Other task includes: editing of pictures, inventory of the items, checking of the items ordered by the costumer and everyday audit of the courier fees.
