Administrative Assistant 4 – Adjutant General of Indiana 08/2011 to 03/2015

•Prepares Request for Personnel Action, for the Department's technicians for promotions, request to fill vacancies, retirements.

•Reviews Time and Attendance for the Department’s technicians for accuracy, inputs the time and attendance into the payroll system, coordinates with verifying official for signatures on all time and attendance sheets.

•Responsible to maintain Key Control Inventory for the Department, conducts a key control inventory every bi-annually.

•Maintains central files, suspense files, personnel records and time and attendance reports for the Department’s employees.

•Ensures that all copier, fax, and printers have supplies readily available and arranges repair as needed.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE

First Sergeant (4 years) – Assist the Commander with the planning, coordinating and supervising of all activities that supported the unit mission. Coordinate with the Readiness Non-Commissioned Officer to ensure that all required reports are submitted correctly and timely. Plan and execute a battle-focused Non-Commissioned Officer Development Program.

Battlefield Spectrum Manager (3 years) - As the Battlefield Spectrum Manager for the 138th Signal Battalion, was responsible for managing over 300 frequencies for the various transmission emitting devices. Knowledge and proficient with the Network Planning Terminal database. Also perform the additional duties of the Network Operations Manager including analyzing voice and data networks, manage engineering of the Battalion Network. Assist the S-3 with the preparation of the Battalion’s Operation Orders. Assist with the development of the Network Diagrams for signal missions/situational training exercises/war-fighter exercises and JRTC missions.

Network Operations NCO - Plan, direct, supervise and manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of a telecommunication system network. Provide advice and technical assistance to commanders and subordinate units/elements. Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational databases used to conduct Signal support functions in both tactical and strategic environments. Establish and maintain liaison with supported and supporting activities or units.
