Reduced modification experience ratings from over one to an average of .82; reduced the absolute

number of LWD’s by 10% annually and lowered worker compensation claims 11.88% saving

Implemented global recycling programs for polycarbonate, low-density polyethylene, cyclohexanone,

and NMP (solvents) resulting in recovery rates of up to 95%.
