Oversaw a team of 140+ employees to support Costa Rica Assembly Test Manufacturing, managing an annual budget of $4M and inventory of $100M.

Led a team of 8 direct reports driving CR operations, achieving all-time high operational KPI for inventory, controls and cost.

Partnered with finance to reduce scrap more than 90%, and to reduce excess inventory by as much as 62%.

Consistently exceeded cost savings goals and targets, including achieving a $55M cost savings vs. a goal of $40M.

Outsourcing Program Manager Intel Puerto Rico (1998 – 2000)

Operated in a global program management role focusing on supply chain management, personnel leadership, systems integration and benchmarking. Motivated teams to automate integrated demand signals from customer needs to supplier requirements.

Successfully developed a cost modeling and benchmark analysis to facilitate successful negotiations.
