Lead a group of 40 forensic and audit trainees during their tenure of 6 months on an internal investigation regarding KPMG’s independence breaches on the audit engagement of an IT giant. Managed 110 staff members from various service lines and designations on this firm-wide priority project.

Invented self-automating technical reporting formats and processes for various projects, saving more than USD 250,000 and 3600 man-hours annually for the firm.

Reconstructed the complicated reporting formats, which were regularly scrutinized by KPMG’s top leadership, into simpler, easily accessible data analysis reports.

Provided forensic consultation assistance in association with KPMG Transaction Services to an American e-commerce giant in its negotiations with an Indian company for a USD 134 million fund infusion in a prospective venture.
