MAJOR ROLLS:

Production planning of injection moulding presses from 40T to 250T, handling 50 + employees team with 2 engineers & 3 supervisors.

Looking after all the activities i.e. time lines of development like new mould and machine selection as well as installation.

Production planning of compression moulding presses from 100T to 2000T, handling 200 + employees team with 4 engineers & 5 supervisors.

Coordinates and communicates with plant scheduling function to ensure thorough understanding of capacity utilization and equipment/tooling shortcomings in order to meet customer demands.

Coordination with various inter departments, like Production, Planning and Tooling on a proactive basis for the continual improvement in the existing process to optimize Quality, Productivity and Profitability
