Responsibilities

Event coordinators control an event from conception to clean up. I worked

with counselors & crew leaders to work out & plan event details, scout and

book locations, food, entertainment, staff and cleanup. Event coordinators

make sure the food & entertainment stays on schedule, organized, together &

everything runs smoothly. I created budgets and stick to them, as well as

organize transportation, hire and wrangle keynote speakers, hire A/V teams
