Manage all accounts payable information for suppliers and all payment inquiries, all activities related to promote suppliers’ accomplishments (ex. Purchasing policy seminar, accomplishment seminar, supplier training etc.). Follow up the contents of Basic Purchase Agreement, explain RDC operations’ plan to suppliers ensuring properly supplied parts and supply unit. Communicate with HQ regarding current issues, weekly trends, and HQ’s requests. Prepare Monthly Closing Report for the Department (Sales, Fill Rate, Past Due, Pricing, etc.). Assist other specialists with problem suppliers, and provide additional support in the absence of other team members. Respond to inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of providing information, direction and/or appropriate referrals. Maintain the work related system in changing, revising, and improving the Department’s needs and requests (AS400, GPASS, SAP, etc.)

Conduct effective purchasing business about purchasing price of service parts. Plan a yearly goal to be achieved and break down into monthly action plans. Analyze and approve all prices that suppliers’ provide and reconcile payment discrepancies in a timely manner. Manage all aspects of pricing to included, but not limited to: painting price, packaging price, incidental price, temporary price and fixed price, and price adjustments. Receive pricing data from OEM, MOBIS Module or suppliers, collect and process all data, complete the price change request for approval. Input all data and appropriate purchase prices.
