Description:

The project was designed to understand the effect of various recruitment and selection procedures andvarious policies adopted by the organizations on the behavior and performance of employees. We created self assessment exercise to do personality and behavior test. It was based on the importance given to a selection procedure adopted by the organization in retaining the employees.

(2) Effect of modulation schemes on various channels using MATLAB 7.0 2009

Description:

MATLAB is used for this project because it is a high-performance language for technical computing. It integrates computation, visualization and programming in an easy to use environment where problems and solutions are expressed in familiar mathematical notation. During this project we observed the effect of various modulation schemes like Binary phase shift keying, Quadratic phase shift keying and Minimum shift keying on various channels like Additive white Gaussian noise channel and Rayleigh fading channel. We applied various modulation schemes like BPSK, QPSK and MSK in AWGN and Rayleigh fading channel to modulate the signal and it was observed through constellation diagram and scatter plots.

(3) Power of bow of air or noise 2008

Description:

The objective of this project was to explain conversion of Kinetic energy of air to electrical energy. I used various components like resistors, capacitors, transformer, mike etc mounted on Printed Circuit Board in this project.
