With over seventeen years as an Executive Administrator and five years as a manger, my experiences have allowed me to advance in my career. My experience includes supporting Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Executives, and other Senior Management from two Fortune 500 companies. Office/Administrative Services Senior Manager/ Executive Administrator
Provided tactical leadership for the administrative support units for the Division Group. Plans, organizes, directs and monitor activities of support staff in the areas involved in administrative support, facilities, supplies, and reception desk. Participates in the establishment of overall administrative and operating standards for the Division Group. Plan goals and objectives for administrative staff. Monitors and evaluates support staff to ensure proper scheduling, and maintains contact with Division Manager, and Vice Presidents. Coordinates, prepares, and in-processing new hires, separations, security actions, etc. for the divisions. Coordinates administrative and logistical details associated with the day-to-day operations. Organizes, prepares and reviews reports and prepares reports for presentation to assist in data analysis for the Executives and Senior Management staffs. Performs a variety of administrative duties, which may be complex or confidential to include, travel arrangements, travel itineraries, advances, expense reports. Recruiting: Submits job requisitions for approval and posting. Assist hiring managers with developing and marketing job positions while maintaining candidate information. Meets with line leadership on an on-going basis to review organizational recruiting requirements and plans. Maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Provides a variety of professional and administrative functions to ensure positions are filled with qualified candidates quickly. Provides weekly report to senior management on recruiting issues and identify priorities.
Project Administrator: Provides project management/administrative support and coordination for programs to include expenditure reports. Responsible for disposition of all employees timecards by the appointed weekly deadline, provide auto-pay or do not pay decision to LMIT Payroll. Review rejected timecards during the week and assist employees in correcting timecard errors. Provide annual training on the e-Time process to all employees as well as attend weekly new hire training to provide e-Time briefing. System administration includes adding new employees to e-Time group, removing employees who have terminated changing approval designations as necessary.
