coordination services. Liaised daily with key corporate clients,
providing attentive needs assessment to inform arrangement of customized
travel and service options; coordinated high-profile events, including
weddings and corporate meetings and, parties. Interviewed, hired, and
trained administrative staff as well as housekeeping, internal and
external maintenance. Scheduling staff when and where as needed as guests
checked in and out of
vacation rental homes and condos. Was in the process of being trained
with the payroll department in AP / AR administration and financial
processing. Duties trained in Updating client file system, and created
detailed staff training materials.
Successfully built the vacation home reservations division of the above
company, while assisting Vice President and her belief in me was
instrumental in my success leading to organizational growth from 4 to 60
employees including assisting with hotel rooms and to achievement of $10
million annual revenue within four years.
Fostered solid partnerships with individuals with vacation home rentals
locally first then worldwide in a short span of time, negotiating and
