Project Management: For nine years, I reviewed and approved the designs of outside companies for the installation of industrial gas turbines. The gas turbines were used for power generation, gas compression and marine propulsion applications.

* I have completed at least ten gas turbine applications from initial design to successful operation.

* I corrected all installation design errors, and ensured that the gas turbine installations complied with the turbine manufacturer’s requirements.

* I also supervised the first equipment start - ups, to ensure satisfactory operation.

My installation approvals and start - ups occurred in worldwide locations. My work included much technical coordination with customers locally and overseas.

Rolls - Royce Corporation (contract assignment), These projects included the design of lube oil and hydraulic start systems for RR industrial gas turbines. 2007

Position Title: Equipment specification and selection

I prepared equipment specifications for primarily rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, gas turbines, and diesel generators for new construction projects for worldwide applications. I have completed at least forty equipment specifications from initial draft to purchase order.

This work included:

* Specification and data sheet preparation

* Bid evaluation and purchase order generation

* Vendor data review and correction

* Equipment performance calculations

* Feasibility studies

* Cost, operating and maintenance expense estimates

* Calculations for pump NPSHA and piping friction drops

Position Title: Applications Engineering

I prepared detailed technical and commercial proposals describing equipment offerings to prospective customers. This included making presentations to customers locally and overseas to secure new business for the company. This was included during my eleven years at Rolls - Royce (1986 - 1997).

Position Title: Test Engineering

I was in charge of the testing for experimental military jet engines. The work included the preparation of build orders, test instructions, teardown and rework orders, and the review of used or damaged parts post-test. This occurred during my tenure at Rolls - Royce and at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, pre 1980.
