Coordinated in a group of 4, and created a prototype of Wrench using Additive Manufacturing (3D printing).The main

focus lied on selecting the best combination of parameters like Lay Direction, Infill pattern and densities, Wall

thickness.Tests to determine best values of parameters included 3 point bending test, compression test, and Shear

test.Worked on Solidworks and Matlab extensively to determine appropriate design specifications.

Researched on Mechanical Stress Concentration factor modulations for various geometries under axial and combined

loading conditions to find out variations in SCF curves, by altering geometries and loads using Finite Element Analysis

(FEA) on Creo Parametric 2.0.

Designed a Product of Moving Extension Ladder on Creo Parametric 2.0, and performed FEA for checking the reliability
