MANAGEMENT
I have been a member of management in my employment since the age of 20. I am now 36, and have over 15 years experience in retail customer service, including over eight years experience running my own business. Policy and procedure setting, network installation and administration, hardware troubleshooting and replacement(including new builds and research administration/education), employee administration(including reviews. education, training, and hiring/firing) accounting, customer service, and repair of most major/minor physical and electronic issues(including but not limited to: electrical, framing, auto/diesel repair, concrete, landscaping, computer repair, electronic board-level component troubleshooting/repair, plumbing, hydraulics, welding, apprentice-level machining, and many more. My major strength is general troubleshooting/repair of pretty much anything from computers to cars, and is one of the things that I truly enjoy in life.
SALES
As manager, one of my main jobs is the success of my employer. This usually involves sales to some degree whether the product is the skills/ of my employees/myself, to product on the shelves, and is something at which I excel. I have extensive computer graphic design skills, as well as 10 years aggregate experience in the advertising field. My wide range of experience and skills allows me to comfortably and easily provide customers with the information they need in a format that allows them to make an informed decision in their best interests.
COMMUNICATION
Through higher education and experience, I have developed excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service and employee relations. Communication is key in all aspects of business, and the quicker and more accurately that you are able to communicate with everyone around you increases the chances for a positive outcome in all business situations.

SERVICE MECHANIC SMALLEY DIESEL 9-1993 TO 6-1995
As Service Mechanic I was responsible for tires and maintenance on a fleet of 52 diesel tractors and trailers. This included general lubrication and fluid levels, as well as tires, brakes, and general repairs not including major engine work. Acquired many skills while an employee including welding, fabrication, and basic machining skills, as well as general repair.
FLOOR SUPERVISOR OFFICE MAX 8-1995 TO 6-1997
Was responsible for employee scheduling and administration, product maintenance and ordering, and adherence to corporate standards.
SERVICE MANAGER EXECUTRON COMPUTERS INC 6-1997 TO 2-2004
I began at ExecUtron at the service desk checking in computers for repair. Within eight months, I was a certified technician repairing systems, and within two years I was Service Manager. Responsible for repair of both Apple and PC system repairs and builds as well as warranty issues, onsite repairs, customer service, employee management including training, hiring/firing, certification, raises, and inter-relations between departments. I received several awards as a technician including Apple Technician of the Year, and acquired most of my certificates through self-certification with the state as a requirement of my employment there.
CONCRETE FINISHER/VARIOUS TRADES VARIOUS CONTRACTORS SEASONAL 2004-2009
During this time I worked on various projects as a Rough Framer/Concrete Finisher including new builds, remodels, and a lot of foundation/patio work. Achieved Journeyman level during this time as a Concrete Finisher. Was a member of the crew locally which performed the remodel work on Crystal View Station in Pollock Pines.
STORE MANAGER CARTRIDGE WORLD 8-2009 TO 2-2012
As store manager and only employee, I was responsible for the store’s daily activities, as well as production of inventory including remanufacturing used laser and ink printer cartridges and repair/maintenance of printers. Was also responsible for all policy and procedure setting, product research, price negotiations with vendors, product quality assessment, and final product Q & A. The store reached top position and remained there during my employment.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR INTRATEK COMPUTERS INC 6-2010 TO 8-2012
Printer Repair Technician-Through contract with Intratek Computers, I was responsible for the repair and maintenance of all county offices’ printers from South Lake Tahoe to Martinez. This included onsite troubleshooting and assessment, parts and labor approval and installation, and creation and implementation of printer service records for maintenance purposes. Operated solely through telephone and email with the main office and was responsible for all customer contact on my end.
