Managed 184 non-exempt and 13 exempt employees for a 24 hour/day, 7 day/week, rubber-mixing and calendering departments. These departments supplied four plants with rubber and metallic products for OE automotive customers. Developed department budgets, resolved employee conflicts, and analyzed data to eliminate root causes for safety, downtime, and quality issues.
