The reason I am having to move is my in law’s have both taken ill at the same time. To which they no

longer can take care of there self’s any more. My mother in law memory is going fast and also she has a

broken back. Father in law health has gotten really bad to where they say he has around 6 months to live .

To where is can’t really walk any more and needs almost 24 hour care now.

We used MES to find material coming into etch. Pulled from there. Verified each ingot then scan in each

cassette to log in to area. Making sure we log it in on other computer so machine knows which one will

be in each order to go through machine. We then also measured each first cassette, the first wafer and

the last cassette and the last wafer on each ingot. After all staged for machine we then start up machine up

After chemical changed is ready and the monitor wafer has gone through and measured. We then run

cassettes in the port of the front of machine. Which then we filled out paper work and log sheet, then take

it to back side of machine where it waits for them to come out. Also did wash baths on machine when it

finished. Where you then clean all around the 3 baths. Also inspect wafers when they came off of

machine to see if there was any rejects, which we would put them in a bag to seal them in and put

information from each cassette from which lapper machine, if it was front side or back side, then log it

through, put what kind of rejects also.

When needed. Your in charge of the partner you have to make sure machine running

good. watch end of machine make sure you don’t run out of film. Do test check on parts every 2 hours. Make sure you get cycle count each 1 hour what is set for each product. So the company is making money. make sure cutting out parts is cutting out good and no scrap as possible like miss cuts.
