I have fifteen plus years’ experience as an Office Clerk and Data Entry Clerk. My

areas of expertise include retrieving files and inputting data into computer base systems,

processing applications and invoice processing experience. My experiences also include

managing employee records, time sheets, payroll and vacation times. I have experience

in customer service which includes working with customers in person and over the phone

on a daily basis and have also worked with people in the state departments for licensing

and permitting services. I am experienced in all automated document processing

equipment such as printers, photocopiers, fax machines and scanners. I have excellent

computer skills, Excel, QuickBooks, Word and other Microsoft programs. I have

experience maintaining files, clerical skills, and organizational skills. I have the ability to

I was responsible for purchasing, accounts payable, answering phones and greeting

customer's.

This was a temporary position.

October 2012-August 2013

Returns Accounting, Randstad Services/Andrews Electronics

Responsible for creating Manifest excel spreadsheets for the Returns Department.

Finalizing all MRA's (Merchandise Returns Authorization) and finalizing all manifest. I

was hired on as a permanent employee, then my position went automation, the return's

department scan's the parts now and the computer system does the rest, so they wanted

me to help the cumberment in sales, and I felt that was not what I was wanting, so I

thought I needed to move on.

November 2011 to June 2012

General Office Clerk, Manpower

This was a position with DHL Express. This was only a temporary position.

My responsibilities were printing of all documentation for processing of files that have

been cleared for shipment. Printing Bonds and documentation for EDR's; Entry

Document required, which needed to be cleared by Customs before shipment can be

moved. Entered data for all files into database system for final billing.

October 2007-April 2008

Item Processor, Fifth Third Bank Operations Center

My responsibilities were sorting checks and proof reading work for typing errors, then

errors were corrected. I separated checks by bank name, entered check information into

the computer system then dispersed them to their designated area.

Loss my job to company cut backs, Fifth Third closed the department.

June 1994-February 2007

Office Clerk/Bookkeeping Clerk, J’Neil Enterprise, Inc.

I managed daily office operations. My responsibilities were processed accounts payables,

accounts receivables, purchase order invoices, vendor invoices and maintained filing

system. Prepared and distributed payroll weekly. Managed employee files, time sheets

and vacation time. Did inventory every three months in tool room for tools and files.

Owner retired and closed the business.

March 1987-June 1994

Data Entry Operator/Office Technician, Comdata/Transceiver

Data Entry department for two plus years then moved to the Legalization Department.

Permitted and licensed semi-trucks. Helped Trucking Companies get incorporated and

also helped them with name change (from a partnered d/b/a/ to a company name).

Worked with people from the state departments on the phone for applications, forms and

name changes. Quarterly taxes for the trucking companies. Helped with auditing when

states would come in to audit a trucking company, had to find files and records of prior

months or years.
