development. I deal with all aspects of Real Estate development, property management, acquisitions, CONDO conversions,

A/P and A/R, rent collections of shopping centers tenants, payroll, budgets, training, staffing, etc… and HOA’s (Home Owners

Associations). Also, responsible for creating budgets, and implementing all CONDO Conversion Packages, Investor Offerings,
