Prompt Generation of Loan Documents; timely disbursement of Loans to Members the least minimum member of Waiting Borrowers.

Prompt Communication to divisional Office for fund requirements and Loan Documents status in his Division.

To ensure 100% Recovery rate in Branch.

Rectification of the Audit & RMT findings.

Developing an intelligent monitoring system to minimize process deviations, violations and frauds.
