Presently working as a Finance Manager in Regency Group (Contracting, Landscaping, Pools, Real Estate etc.) in Doha - Qatar. The main role includes Managing & controlling 6 members of accounting team with allocated responsibilities and their routine follow up to ensure that all financial records are updated and processed efficiently and effectively on time, and providing financial reporting of the group in timely manner (Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) as per IFRS Standard. Department wise accounts finalization with Profit & Loss a/c, & Balance sheet. Income recognition for contracting projects on the basis of their progress on billing and other sources & Cost centre to be kept on minimum to benefit for the company.
