Zodiac Seats U.S. is one of the world’s top manufacturers of commercial aircraft seats for airlines and commercial aircraft manufacturers.

Multiple- Programs Administrator II (Currently Administrating 10 programs)

Support Program Managers with all program management related duties such as placing parts orders, research part’s cost, commitment letters to customers enforcement, Purchase Orders process, Program Office schedules, etc.

Customer Order Maintenance (COM) as required – manage and maintain obsolete orders, hold orders, or past due orders per work instruction guidelines and MAPICs reports.

Maintain communication between procurement, operations, engineering, shipping, customers and the program management team (parts ordered, pricing, stock, shipping, action items, etc.)

Load requirements on customer orders for all development aspects of a program through program life cycle – fit-check parts, development parts, prototype parts, CDR (Critical Design Review), Development and Dynamic test seats (or parts), customer commitment or concession items, and after-market support as required.
