Title :

Design and Fabrication of Stock pileup unit for double column bandsaw machine to bring about cycle time reduction.

Synopsis :

The stock pileup unit acts as an unloading agent, which reduces the cycle time process, power consumption and manpower for the bandsaw machine, which leads to increase in production.

Description :

The frame was designed using Pro-E Wildfire.

Fatigue stress and failure were analysed and simulated on ANSYS.

Venue :

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Tiruchirappalli, TamilNadu.

INDUSTRIAL EXPOSURE:

Implant training in Southern Railways, Loco Works, Chennai

Description :

Coach manufacturing, Wheel and brake alignment.
